Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days of purchase. You'll receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed, and a separate email with tracking information once it ships.

Delivery Times & Costs

United Kingdom: 5–8 business days. Free on orders over £50; £2.99 flat rate under £50. Royal Mail Tracked 24 also available at checkout (calculated rate).
European Union: 8–20 business days. Free on orders over £65; £5.99 flat rate under £65.
International (Rest of World): 8–20 business days. Free on orders over £80; £7.99 flat rate under £80.

These are estimated delivery windows, not guarantees. Occasionally, factors like customs processing or courier delays can extend delivery beyond these estimates.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

For UK and EU orders, applicable taxes are calculated and included at checkout wherever possible. For orders outside the UK/EU, your order may be subject to import duties or taxes charged by your local customs office upon arrival. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in your order total or shipping cost, as they vary by destination country.
